The Decluttering Defined Playbook
My decluttering journey began when, like many of us, I found myself overwhelmed and burnt out.
To heal, I had to understand what was driving my burnout and overwhelm. Putting the work/career reasons aside, my home was a reflection of my mind. There were unfinished projects everywhere, ‘doom piles’ of random stuff, stacks of things I sorted to post on eBay… the list goes on.
Things had to change. My motivation was to move on from burnout, and sorting my house was a key part of that process.
Having a clutter-free house meant I could access the kitchen worktops to cook a fresh and nutritious meal. It also meant I was saving money. I wasn’t buying the same things over and over again because I knew exactly how much shampoo I had left, for example.
If you can relate to any of this, then I hope I can help you.
I’m not trying to sell you an Instagram-perfect home. I want to share the tips and motivate you to get rid of the clutter and create a life that works for you and includes a safe, peaceful home.
In the downloadable PDF file, I’ll share the hints and tips that have worked for me and the multiple checklists I created when I went on my decluttering journey.
